Brian Weiss — Principal
Prior to focusing on real estate, Brian Weiss served as President and CEO of Warren Distributing, Inc., an automotive parts distribution company with 12 locations throughout Southern California and Nevada. During his leadership he developed experience in real estate acquisition, leasing, and property operations.
Through a series of strategic 1031 exchanges, those assets were transitioned into a growing portfolio of commercial real estate. Brian has also participated in the development of single-family homes, further expanding his hands-on experience in real estate construction and development.
Today, Weiss Capital Partners acquires and operates high-quality commercial real estate in strong, growth-oriented markets.
